Returns must be authorized via greenkeyeco@gmail.com within 14 days of pickup. Items must be unopened and in original packaging.

No returns on:

• Assembled cabinets

• Trim pieces

• Discontinued styles

• Items modified, installed, scratched, or cut

• A 20% restocking fee applies to qualifying returns.

• No returns or exchanges after 30 days.

• Original invoice is required for all return or exchange requests.

• All approved returns are issued as store credit only—no refunds.

Damaged items must be reported immediately upon opening, with photos of the product. Installed items cannot be claimed as damaged.

We are not responsible for design or measurement mistakes. Please double-check all dimensions before ordering.
